When opting for the Smart package, you need to choose at least one automation device, such as a smart door lock or smart thermostat. The Complete package will include a minimum of one surveillance device, accompanied by any other equipment you want.
Secure24 Alarm Systems will also cover you with a lifetime equipment warranty. If you ever need a piece of equipment repaired or replaced, we’ll take care of it at no no cost to you.

To enjoy our current packages, customers are required to sign a 36-month monitoring commitment (24 months for California residents). Your monthly rates are guaranteed during that term, so you won’t be hit with surprise price increases.
You can absolutely enjoy protection at your new location. Please reach out to us a minimum of 30 days before moving so we can drop the early cancellation charges of your existing contract. We’ll then discuss the protection you need at your new home and arrange an installation.
